This is an analysis of the famous Film Noir film, The Maltese Falcon. This film was iconic when it was first created and to analyse it would be beneficial for our music video.

John's Font Ideas.




These font ideas show some of the text we can use for front cover and making of the album in our digipack.

These photo's we have taken for our front cover on the CD for our digipack I have chosen becuase I think they show who the artist is and show the audience who the main characters are of our video. I think these selection of photos show this best.

Kelly's Font Ideas.

These are just a few font ideas I am thinking of using for my Magazine Advert and Digipak. I will discuss which font will look best with the group and use that one in my final outcome.

These are our original photos to use in our Digipaks and Magazing Adverts. We can edit these by using photoshop and compose different ideas before choosing our final two Digipaks and four Magazine adverts.

Dean's digipack anaysis:
This is my analysis for the digipack of Plan B's album, 'The Defamation of Strickland Banks'. Within this I have looked at different codes and conventions of the genre and used these to analyse how it appeals to it's target audience.



John's Cover Analysis

This is my CD cover analysis for Tinchy Stryder's Album Catch 22. It looks at the conventions involved for regular making of CD covers on albums. I chose this CD because it mixes in well with a genre Alternative/Hip-Hop.

Kelly's Cover Analysis

This is a CD cover analysis of Linkin Park's Hybrid Theory album. It looks at all the conventions of regular albums and my interpretations of the ones on this cover. I chose this album because i really enjoyed it and i think that it can link to our chosen band for the music video because of the use of rap.
